From easing digestion and muscle pain to boosting liver function to detoxing 2016 out of your system, you really can’t go wrong these detox drink recipes. So, what are you waiting for? Break in that new blender or juicer you got for Christmas by whipping up these three health-boosting drinks your whole family will love:

Liver-boosting smoothie.
Spent the end of 2016 straining your liver with high sugar food and lots of alcohol? Feed your body liver-healthy foods to help it get back on track, like this tangy-sweet smoothie. Bonus – it packs a vitamin C punch: perfect for cold and flu season.

- 1 peeled grapefruit
- 1 raw beet (any color), diced
